It's the wing mirror temp sensor.
There are threads on here how to fix it yourself. (A few pence.) Or the dealer will suggest to replace the entire wingmirror. (£100s)

(It may even be that the door electrical connector just needs removing, cleaning and refitting.)

Standard Fiat parts so any pre-Stellantis dealership or an independent Fiat or Alfa shop may help. As Marek said.
A bigboy Jeep shop isn't going to be much use.
