I've got the same issue - it was working up until I had the alarm problem which hopefully was sorted out by having the software updates but now it doesn't work...
Have you managed to sort yours out yet?

I know when you are using satnav, sometimes a message pops up on screen saying there is a quicker route found, as there are delays on the current route. I take it this is part of traffic monitoring?

What Connect are you using (5, or 6.5) and what version?
Are you using TomTom Live Traffic?
Jeep have confirmed to me they don't have a UK license for TMC (across the whole Jeep range), so it won't work.

I have a Longitude with the 5.0" touchscreen. I think it is the same Tom Tom nav that I had in my previous car, a 13 plate Scenic.

Where do I find what version it is?
