The word on the playground is Jeep is going to be unveiling their new Renegade at the Geneva Motor Show in March of 2014.

We’re not sure why Jeep would want to bring this model over to the U.S. market but if they want to introduce a Renegade that jeep loyalists will buy, we think they should base it off the current Jeep Wrangler JK.

One mistake some people are making is thinking this is something for jeep loyalists, no. This is more than likely something to bring a whole new type of buyer to the brand. The typical jeep loyalist is looking for nothing smaller and nothing less of a jeep than the Cherokee. it's the bottom .

a jeep loyalist hates the KL Cherokee anyways, but something based off a wrangler really isn't a bad idea

So 2 more months until we see it.

There is a chance we might see this thing for sale in dealers by the end of summer as a 2015 model.

seeing in dealers in that time frame given how soon we'll see it being unveiled is a good timeline. i think the cherokee followed the same timeline
