Ok all, one final update: my Trailhawk with every option except the tow package arrived at my dealer yesterday. For those curious as to what the timeline was, it took 2 months and a week.

That seems pretty quick. We ordered a Latitude with a powered MySky and the 6-speed manual, smaller engine on March 26. It went to the Body Vendor about May 27. On June 10, Jeep CustomerAssist reported still in Body Vendor, but now I have a VIN! A week later, still at Body Vendor. Wondering how much longer. Jeep CustomerAssist keeps stating 4 months from order to delivery.

Yeah this was quicker than I had planned for - now I have a lease that I can either keep for another month, or hope my Jeep dealer will want it and offer to take it off my hands (possibly even giving me trade in value on top since we only put on 20K miles on it rather than the full 36K the lease allows)

FCA factory production tracking system. One of the benefits of sponsorship at Jeep Garage is adding your order to a list that they update on a regular basis with the latest status. If you have a personal contact at FCA, I suspect they could do it for you as well. Otherwise, Jeep Customer Care (USA anyway) will give you the status if you chat/call them.

that's a great tip, one I wasn't aware of when it comes to ordering through Jeep.

definitely one of the better things we can do when ordering and waiting for our Jeep to finally arrive.

I have been checking mine this way & it's a qick fun way to check that gets updated several times a day. You can also watch others' statusus that are on there which is interesting......

Congrats! I'm going to bet my timeline will be similar because so far I am on the same pattern with my order from 5/10. Today I received word my status changed to JB. So .... Maybe mid-July.

Jeep customer service is very easy to get a hold of via their online chat tool. Just go to Jeep.com, click the "contact us" option in the fine print at the very bottom, then you'll be taken to the three options to chat, call, or e-mail.

They can really only help you if you have the last 8 of your VIN.

Picking it up tomorrow night - turns out I get an extra $1,000 off since I have a competitor's lease currently (Hyundai Genesis) and it qualifies for the lease conquest deal. Sweet! After all is said and done, $1,500 below dealer invoice, or about $2,570 below MSRP. Will likely be adding in the lifetime warranty from Clay @ Zeller Motors unless my dealer can beat his price.

I actually got a code from dealer of KZKT?
I had never seen that on codes listed.
But basically being in Canada, mine comes into Halifax, then to Concord ONT, then to dealer.
They are estimating first week of July.
I ordered TH with Cold Weather and My Sky...back in March.
I am guessing all the My Sky's started going through the line around same time....regardless of how much earlier you ordered than others...as they all seem to be showing roughly the same time.
