Hello everyone. My 2017 Renegade is jerking forward again, after I’ve taken it to the dealer to have it fixed for the third time. Is there anything I can say to them to get this fixed for the last time? I just dropped it off yesterday and I’m getting frustrated how long is going to take in their care. HELP!!

I’m having the same issue with my 2017 Renegade. I’ve brought to the shop numerous times but they keep saying they can’t find the problem. They know these vehicles have a terrible shifting problem and I’ve even told them it’s an issue with the 5th gear but still no help. I wish I had an answer for you but if you find anything out, let me know and I’ll do the same. Someone did mention getting a Thornton chip to help with the jerking/poor shifting but I haven’t tried it yet. Good luck!
