Turn off running lights

I think I found the answer. There is an option in the menu to turn off the DRL's. Turn the ignition on, turn on the radio and press the button on the lower right of the display screen. On my first radio the button was "More", on my new radio is a + and "Apps". A screen will display with a settings option. Select settings and a series of options will display. Scroll down to "Lights". Select lights and a series of options will appear for lights. Scroll down to DRL and select off. That should turn off the DRL's all the time. You will need to select Done at some point to save your setting I believe.

Give that a try, it should work.

You will see a down or up arrow on the left side of the screen, that is for scrolling.
