I test drove a Limited yesterday and ordered one for delivery in the next two weeks. It was a bright sunny day out and I couldn't get a real grasp on the interior lighting, specifically the map lights. They looked quite dim to me. Didn't appear to be the bright white LED that I would prefer, but its not a deal breaker. Can anybody help me with some insight?

The map lights are just right in my opinion. If it is dark out, I don't want a light inside that is too bright and make it more difficult to see to drive (assuming the passenger is using their map light).

I think that all the lighting is quite nice in my Renegade. One nice feature is when you put on the lights on during the daytime (like when it starts raining), if it is bright enough outside, the instrument panel lights remain "bright." They will dim if you go in a tunnel, and then brighten back up when you get back out. And of course at night the instrument lights will remain dimmed.
