Will this service be available by a software update to the 6.5 unit ?

My dealer said it was already active, but no use to me as I have a windows phone.

Not active on our Trailhawk received last week. No Apps under menu. Have paired iPhone with the car and have the Uconnect live on the phone

Not sure as unless you have apps on the Car you can't use it. It is supposed to access 'live' services such as tom-tom traffic etc. Dealer says that all cars ordered from 25th June should have it and that it may be possible through a software update in the future for earlier models. I don't think that they really know either !!
