Upgrading suspension?

At the moment, the kits on the market seem to be mostly about lift, using blocks for more height and then potentially using some replacement links or mounting positions where necessary to accommodate that extra lift.

I was thinking about this the other day and if someone comes up with a a kit that replaces the struts with longer ones, and uses alternate springs, that would much more up my alley, if I would ever get to modify my wife's Jeep.

Any mod though, will inevitably have some concern for driveline stresses introduced by changing the angles for the CV joints.

Teraflex is supposedly working on a kit. This is from reliable sources at Teraflex. That would include all replacement parts not just a bushing kit. Unknown on cost and timeline though. I'm specifically waiting for this kit.

I agree. I would like to eventually lift the Renegade after a while but would prefer a replacement coil/strut method. Guess I'll just have to be patient.
