My limited has a leak causing water to fill up my weather mat on the drivers side. Occurs when there are heavy rains while the Renegade is parked level.

The water come in somewhere above the headlight control knob and drips onto the mat slightly to the left of the knob. Dealer had a water leak specialist (The Water Doctor) check it at 600 miles and was hoping they found it. Nope, this morning (now 1200 miles) I had wet carpets and 1/4 inch of water in the mat.
Guess I'll be calling them in the morning. Bummer.

That sucks Nate. When it hasn't rained makes that really odd.

I have had great experiences with me dealer and although an inconvenience, I really can't get upset over something they can fix. They even take me to work and back while it's there or will let me take a used car if needed.

Ok, ran water over the windshield and couldn't get water to come in. Tried soapy water around windshield and air blowing around it from inside and couldn't find a leak.
Ran a bucket of water over roof and now all around headlight switch is wet. I'm not trusting it is the windshield.

I dropped off Ren at the dealer service center on Monday the 6th and it is now Friday the 10th. I have not heard a word from them so I tried calling and they said someone would call me back. Here is my latest vlog on this subject: https://youtu.be/bGvmstFmoPw?list=PLAMAeWsS_hS1mKT9-qj0Dvg9dEH409gvW

Can this be considered a defect? At what point can it be called a lemon?

Wet Floorboards

My Renegade has been in the shop for a week now and the dealership can't figure out why all my floorboards are soaked. I have never ran the truck thru high water & it hasn't rained in a few days, so the water has to be from the A/C or been leaking since I bought it. The truck has 1500 miles one it & I haven't even made my first payment yet. Very frustrating! Has anyone else had this issue. By the way they have checked the A/C drain line & it's not that. It's mainly in the passenger side, but drivers side is wet as well. I did take it in a car wash about a week before it went into the shop.

Thank you. I have my service managers Cell & just texted him this info. He will be looking into this Monday morning. I will update the site when we get this resolved.
Contacted service manager this morning to make sure he received my emails over the weekend. He seemed skeptical that it could be the this. I am not happy with the response, and basically didn't get a warm and fuzzy feeling. So I contacted Chrysler & filed a complaint. They are now in contact with the dealership...service manager not returning my messages now. Last week I could not get a rental car at all, this morning had one waiting for me within 30 minutes of speaking with Chrysler. I am now on a week of my car being in the shop with no updates on what is wrong....the saga continues.
