#jeepCares ..... I'm having issues with both front doors WINDOW SEAL WEATHERSEAL STRIPs... and after searching specifically in this forum, I saw that Jeep can help solve this issue. How can we proceed? I'm in Orlando , FL and the nearest dealer is Central Florida Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram 8675 Commodity Cir, Orlando, FL 32819.

So here is a piece of advice for the Users: JEEP don't really care about this issue. I was informed by the phone directly from a Jeep Supervisor that they don't cover this issue based on the car mileage. Funny fact is that we can find this issue in cars with 25k....32k...48k mileage and they authorize, but cars that has more than 100k miles, they say it's not covered. I'll write the CEO so they can study a way to make a RECALL about this issue, since it CLEARLY has nothing to do with mileage.

It's my second Renegade, and that's a shame on Jeep....

7 times on the same rear door

4 on the previous owner when I bought my 2017 Jeep Renegade with only 2,000 miles on it

Third time was a charm for me when I finally got to talk with the body shop manager , and like stated earlier came to the conclusion the window was going up to far

They finally replaced the whole door glass regulator system and made the adjustment on how far the glass traveled

Warranty

Didn’t cost me a dime , other then my patience , and my mechanical advice with the body shop

Going through my own window seal problem. Going to take to the dealer this we see what they can do to fix it.

Neither Dealer nor customer care is assisting. Quote is almost 5k. (South Africa)
Its clearly a Renegade manufacturer problem all over the world yet they would never admit it. Mine is a 2016 model they just say its out of its warranty.
