I'll try to describe this the best I can.

When I turn (left, specifically) I hear a grinding/clunk sound. The first time I noticed this, I brought it back to the dealership who had just serviced my Trailhawk and they said it was something they did...If I remember correctly, they over-tightened something. So fast forward about 27,000 miles and living in a new state. It's happening again. I brought it to a local dealership and explained the history. They said they drove it four miles (no turning though) and couldn't replicate it. Annoying. Anyway, no one is giving me answers and it makes me nervous. Has anyone else experienced this??

I have early build TH and had similar noise. It took the dealership 10 days to narrow it down and it was some sub frame thing that needed a bigger rivet. it solved it. it was a low speed going over bumps making turns - it was a clunk(repetitive). I have had so many issues FCA is buying my car back finally.

Mine is actually in the shop for the same kind of noise. They just called me yesterday after multiple visits to the service dept to tell me it was a rivet issue. Doesn't make me feel to confident this vehicle will last long term..

you elaborate on this?? I amhave 2015 limited and have the same issue. Everytime I turn but the level of the surface changes, I hear like a knock

I have the same problem and my dealership can not fix the problem! They have replaced both rear struts and springs and top hats, both rear endlinks and both rear swaybar bushings. Can someone please help with more info on this mysterious RIVET that needs to be replaced?

I am going today to my local workshop and will share all your comments, in case they are sble to locate the issue I'll reply back with findings!
