I'm not talking didn't get, I'm not talking hard to get. I'm talking isn't even there but should be. I'm even more interested in what you think is facepalm level of missing.

I've got two I can think of right now as a TH owner.

1) Only two license plate screw points on the rear plate. It has effectively added a horrible rattle to a vehicle that is remarkably quiet for what it is. Two more screw holes and it would not be so. How much weight or money could possibly have been saved?

2) Tilt and inclinometer on the dash display. It's a trailhawk. It has the display. The vehicle has a t least one, likely several 3-axis or better sensors in it for airbags and ESC. Why is this not in there? (or am I missing where it is hiding and need to put it in some funky combo of 4wd mode and hill descent or something?)

I'm with you on the screw holes for the rear plate. However, due to the pan-atlantic markets, I think it's less about cost/weight savings, and more the fact that our NA plate footprint would leave two screw holes exposed if a Euro plate were installed. I had purchased a nice plate surround and had to remove it due to the vibration.

I wish it had a CD player. I'm old school. Heck, one of my cars still has a cassette deck.

Hard drive to load music to. Flip up rear hatch should have been tailgate or at Least a removable rear window. All models should have an option to add a brush guard/bull bar to front. All models should have had the same options to add a skid plates.

Big YES on the 4 bolt license plate. While I don't have a plate on the Reney yet, it's a huge complaint of mine on the Grand Cherokee. I can hear the plate frame rattle on certain roads and it drives me nuts.

I would also suggest a CF card for music. The GC has a CF card slot and I have two 32GB cards loaded with music (mine and hers). It takes up very little space, doesn't cost much, and is the wave of the future.

For me, it is a manual transmission with the 2.4 engine. I just prefer a manual. I compromised with the automatic because I wanted the Trailhawk and the 7" TFT display; neither of which is available on the Sport or Lattitude.

Does it not have this? I have seen pictures of it with it displayed? Is this not it or just a static image telling you what mode it's in?

I don't like how the plate/frame sounds when I close the rear gate. I think some rubber "feet" under the plate should quiet it down. We shouldn't have to figure this out, it should be quieter.
My thoughts exactly. I've been planning to do this on the GC so I'm thinking when the plate comes in on the Reney I'll do both. I have some 3/4" oring cord that I bought for a wood working project that I'm going to cut discs from and glue them on the back of the frame. Will let all know how it works.

I second the sunglasses holder. Also, cup holders in the back seat and more in the front. The bottle holders in the door are not good enough for me because I don't usually drink out of bottles.
That rear 40/20/40 passthru seat was a major reason for me ordering the Popular Equipment Group on my Trailhawk. Unfortunately, they turned off this group and didn't give me that seat. I really wanted those drink holders!
