I discovered the Renagade through online research. Before that, i'd never heard of it. To me, a Jeep was well... a "Jeep". As in Wrangler. But it seems I've been seeing the Renagade tv Ad since this past winter and didn't even realize thats what they were advertising! lol Two days ago the ad came on while watching TV and I thought, "Hey... THIS is the Renagade ad?!". They really need to show the car more in the commercial. No wonder so few people know this vehicle exists. Catchy song though.

I finally saw the Renegade ad on tv, heard the song and looked up to see the commercial. They use the "Renegades" song as background music for the Jeep Cherokee ads, also, they just fade it out before they would have said "Renegades" in the song.

I feel the commercials I have seen so far for the Renegade have been lame. They show very little of the car & what it is actually all about. I think they can be much more creative & also market it towards a broader crowd.

Exactly! Im not sure if Jeep is trying to sell a vehicle or promote a new band. lol I now know what X Ambassadors looks like and sounds like. But it took effort to realize what they were drying around in.

There was a Renegade commercial during the Superbowl. Most people didn't realize it because they barely showed the vehicle, and when they did it was from a distance.

I kinda hate that X Ambassadors song - it is to rock as Wonderbread is to bread - bland. That song isn't gonna sell many jeeps. What sold me on the car was watching the early video reviews and seeing what the Renegade could do. I think they're missing the mark going after Kia Soul types. They should be pushing the trailhawk and its offroad capabilities.

I agree. Although I saw a totally new commercial last night! I'll try to find it on youtube soon. It was people out actually doing stuff with it. Taking down trails, through water on a beach and camping. I thought, why wasn't this the commercial from the start??

Couldn't agree more!! Good to see they are coming out with a video to help market it in a better, new way! Excited to see it!

I saw a new commercial today talking about lease options for the Renegade. It was still with the X Ambassadors song but they showed a lot more of the vehicle what it actually can do. They highlighted the 4 x 4 option going through sand, mud, snow, etc. Much better commercial in my opinion.
