I bought this jeep new. Roughly 80k miles currently. I have had multiple issues with the vehicle.
1.Mine Says key has left car
2 Mine will say put in park when it's in park
3. Head module? Or display/radio screen will change the stations, and randomly call people all in it's own
4. The reverse camera will come on when driving
5. Tires uneven in wear?
6. Don't think my auto windshield wipers work
7. Needs new struts?? I don't off road- highway and in town driving
8.hesitates to shift gears ( especially out of 1st gear, I think)and jolts when it switches into gears

*.9. Stalls while driving- engine, all lights etc work but won't accelerate. This happened on the highway 3 times. Had to have it towed to dealership. Almost causing an accident and was very scary! This is a life threatening concern. I've been reading all over the internet and this seems to be common. As is most of the other complaints. I called Jeep Cares to start claim. Next to no communication in over 2 weeks. And all they came up with is what the dealership already said. Can't recreate the problem and no codes? There HAS to be a list of issues that are causing this common complaint and life threatening concern?
I would love further assistance on how to resolve. They have had my Jeep at the dealership for 3 weeks. No loaner car for the first week. My claims specialist and dealership want me to pick up the Jeep with no resolve??
I have read that some of these might be issues??
1. TPS-passive car entry & no acceleration ?????
2. Speed sensor ?
3. MAF ?
4. Mps ?
5. Cracked fuel pump

Someone help me. I'm scared to drive the vehicle. I plan to document all communications.

First thing is take it to the dealer have them run a proxi-alignment sounds like a module isn't communicating correctly. As for maintenance items like Struts,Alignment and tires. while it is there have them do the update to the transmission. Something is causing these issues and if this dealer cannot fix the issue then find a dealership who is willing to fix the problems.

You need to specify 2.4 or 1.4T

Well 2 and 4 sound like it could be due to the sensors/switches int he shifter being off.

6 - what options? All the cars (almost) have the rains sensing sensor, not all the cars use it for auto wipers. You'd need to look up specific options via vin.

7- yeah garbage roads and highway speeds can destroy strut seals. No need for off roading.

5- if you are driving around with a leaky strut, you can get uneven wear if you do it long enough. You will also get uneven wear if you simply don't rotate your tires. I went to 225s from 215s on my trailhawk, and they really need to be rotated more than once every oil change if you are like me and hit the oil change interval at like 7k.

9 - check your oil. The issue with the 2.4 is due to low oil triggering a limp mode designed to protect the engine. I'm guessing it's not the 2.4 if the dealer isn't suggesting an oil test. And yes you will have to take it back without resolution to complete the oil consumption test. It's checking consumption over 1000 miles.

As for your list of potential issues.
TPS - why do you think this is an issue. The fiat/mopar system is probably one of the less pain in the butt systems.

passive entry - it's passive entry, and No1 issue in general is battery. Check your fob, check the vehicle. If you are on the original battery.... yeah that's going to cause problems. If you are on a newer battery, check your negative cable terminal for fitment. the OEM one, both versions, are kind of trash and the car does NOT deal well with poor grounding.

no acceleration - The car is a big nanny. The nanny was dropped on her head a few times too many. IT likes to deal with a number of things by pulling throttle input. Even in 100% condition, it will still be weird about that first thing in the morning if you don't baby it past the first shift or drive it like you stole it. IMO it is very clear that software testing is done with a base assumption that your first move after being parked for 5+ hours is that you are backing out of wherever you parked. But beyond that.. check your oil. Low oil = nanny reducing load inducing scenarios... i.e. acceleration.

Speed sensor - not generally a problem. Wheel speed sensors for ABS in general (all cars) are in a high abuse environment and can need replacing. If you are in the rust belt or north east, they are environmental wear items at some point. Doesn't matter the car.

MAF - if you have the 2.4 you don't have a maf. No maf, no MAF problems.

MPS - yes you have a MAP sensor. In general no, there aren't a lot of complaints about them.

cracked fuel pump - uhh.. no. Cracked bits related to the fuel pump, possibly, but that's likely a probelm caused by someone working on the vehicle and being stupid. There is a recall for 2017-2018 2.4L though.. cause they hired someone at the factory who is that stupid tech doing bad things.
