Installed the Deyeme Racing shift control arm and shift control rod last week. I am beyond happy with this mod. The shifter has gone from slow and floppy to short and notchy. I highly recommend these 2 parts If you are looking for a better shifting experience.
The install was simple but not so easy. I had alot of difficulty prying the old arm off ( its pressed on) and inserting the retaining clips into the control rod is a real pain. You might even drop one into the engine bay never to be seen again like I did. Deyeme came to the rescue though and sent me new retaining clips. Dont be like me. Tie some fishing line on the clip and attach a loop to your pliers or hand so you will not lose it.
Edit:I forgot to mention where to get them. I bought both parts from Modern Performance. Deyeme Racing doesn't have them listed for the renegade yet, but they are listed under dart there. Both the arm and rod can be picked up for $100 from either site.
