Jeep Cares/Chrysler is a scam. Defects overlooked.

I've dealt with Jeep Cares/Chrysler. Opened a case and got a case number, just to be told defects aren't covered post warranty. I have had a Jeep for under a year, many problems. Rumbling ignored by dealer and Chrysler. As well as defective weather stripping (Mysky) causing the plastic on roof to raise under heat. Beats speaker system is also bad. High RPMs almost always, MPG is đź’©. Chrysler ignored my calls for help, not surprised. Guzzles oil too much as well. Bought the 2016 Renegade Trailhawk with high expectations, at too much of a cost (pre certified $23,000). Starting to repent, Chrylser and dealer now are basically telling me to go F myself. Can someone truly help or am I damned for all of eternity?

Once you're beyond the warranty period with any manufacturer you're on your own. There are several documented issues with these. Oil consumption, rear end rumble, and the leaking Mysky, Beats audio, are all fairly common. None of them are covered under a recall and they've stopped attempting to correct the rumble because it rarely leads to an issue. The oil consumption only gets addressed if you're under warranty and exceed their limit between 5k intervals. There is however a class action lawsuit started for the oil consumption and how they have dealt with it. The other issues, you're probably not going to get any help with.
