My Sky Sunroof

Help, my sunroof is stuck open. I tried the manual reset and this time it did not work. It seems the driver side is stuck, I can not see any debris blocking the track. I tried to close it manually with the screw, but it would not turn, and was afraid I would strip the screw. Please, any advice would be greatly appreciated.
