Well, it's not for me. Unfortunately.

When I was a young U.S. Army Second Lieutenant stationed in (West) Germany in the late 1970s, a German friend of mine asked me to come and join him for a soccer/Fußball practice at his local club.

Hey, I was in my early 20s and in shape. Then.

But that practice beat the living hell out of me. Those guys (and I) were running all. The. Time. For three hours.
